We will communicate with you at each and every stage. You can choose one or all of the following methods by which we keep you informed (all at no extra cost): by letter, 24 hour access to your file on the Internet or a text message directly to your mobile phone. We will also send copies to your agent at every stage to ensure all parties are keeping up with us!
